I could but it would be worth exactly what you paid for it, nothing. In a situation dealing with legal matters it makes better sense to contact a lawyer who specialized in wills and estate planning. The firs half hour appointment is usually free. Then you can get the real answers for your situation. Good Luck.

If you haven't written a will yet, you should do it as soon as possible. Without a will, the law will decide upon whom will inherit your estate. A will can be as simple as a list of belongings and the name of the person that inherits each item.

Make sure your will is properly filled out and notarized so there is no chance anyone can contest it. If possible have it done professionally with an attorney and there are more than one copies so it can't be changed.

The best advice would come from a lawyer familiar with wills and estate matters. The first half hour may be free. This is not something you want to mess around with as getting the details right depends on which state you are in and what sort of assets have to be considered. Good Luck.
