I love you. If you are at that point in your relationship it can be a very nice thing to hear before you go to sleep.

Before your girlfriend goes to sleep, you can tell her that she's beautiful so that she can really feel your that you really love her. You can also let her know that she's the most important person in your life. And of course don't forget to tell her that you love her and a good night.

There are lots of things you might say - you could both fall asleep having a random conversation, or you could wish her sweet dreams, or sleep well etc.
