Palmer in Riverhead, Duckwalk in Southhold, Woelffer Estate in Sagponack. I believe the first two offer free wine tastings and the third charges a fee, but it is beautiful. Visit their websites to get more information. Sometimes they have events planned that might be nice.

There really are a lot, especially in the northeastern part of the island. Do a google search and you will find reviews. I really like Martha Clara vineyards though.
