Yes you can as long as the pup only licks them. But chewing ice chips can damage teeth and may cause digetive upset from the chips being swallowed.

Even though dogs lick snow if it's a warm or hot day it would definitely not be a good idea. If it's hot and the dog is extremely warm the ice hitting their stomach can cause them convulsions and stomach muscle spasms.

No, do not give your puppy ice chips. It will hurt hem quite a lot due to the fact there system can not digest that sort of material.Try feeding hem normal food.
