No, you cannot get AIDS from the swapping of saliva. If the person who has AIDS who has an open sore or infection in their mouth and you do too, and both of your bloods mix, then there is a very small chance that you could contract the virus.

You cannot get aids from french kissing someone. Only if that person has an open sore in their mouth. Saliva cannot cause you to get aids.

Yes, you can get the HIV infection, which can lead to full-blown AIDS. But you can't get it just by swallowing your saliva. It has to get into the bloodstream -- which is possible if you and your partner have open sores or wounds in your mouths. Be careful!

You can get AIDS from french kissing, but only if the person you kiss has an open wound in their mouth. Saliva alone cannot cause you to contract AIDS.

What if my gums are bleeding and I did not know that person I did french kiss with is HIV positive, Will I be infected? Yo I am scared.. Does it means If I have a relationship with him ,I won't have kids?
