Yes, you may get skin rashes caused by allergic infection from parasite of birds and mammals. Snail which realses its larvae in water and larvae accidentally penetrate human skin and cause itching. And may get skin rashes due to sun burn.

Yes you can. Sometimes it can be caused by the water. Other times you can get it from being in the sun for long periods of time.
