While it is possible to get a job a the CIA that does not require a Bachelor's degree it is highly unlikely. The available jobs require highly specialized skills. You must remember that most other applicants will have an advanced degree and a non-degree applicant is far less competitive.

Yes, you can get jobs in the CIA with an Associate's Degree. A Bachelor's degree is not always required. There are different requirements for each position and the CIA has information about each position posted.

Working for the CIA requires a Bachelor's degree because it is one of the most important jobs that benefits our country. Only the elite can work for the CIA.

Most jobs require not just a degree, but often specifically a Masters or PhD with 3. 0 or higher. Some CIA jobs don't require a degree, but may require life experience.
