As long as you are in a well ventilated room and preferably have someone else performing the hair job, then you are very safe in dying you hair.

Yes. But, only use henna if you have used it before your pregnancy and you KNOW you are not allergic or sensitive to it. (Had no redness last time.)

You can dye your hair while you are pregnant. It has been said that for some hormonal reason, the color might not come out the color you are trying to achieve.
