There are a number of programs that you can use for this, a few of them are UltraSurf, Garden GTunnel and Your Freedom. Something important to remember though is this MIGHT be illegal to do or get you banded from where ever you're trying to get around the firewall.

Computer viruses break firewalls. I don't know where you can download it, but if you want to take down the firewall, just go to settings and turn the firewall off.

Yes, but the best way to do it is to use the "Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall" applet in windows firewall settings.

Firewall code is like most other software, if it finds an unhandleable set of data it will break. if you were downloading a file that contained content that confused the firewall it could either stop working entirely or work in unexpected ways. This is similar to how many viruses work.
