You can buy gallon-sized mason jars. Look at your local home canning/bottling supply store. They'll be able to help you out with how to bottle and store cider.

Yes, you can buy empty gallon bottles. A good place to start would be searching the internet. You can get gallon bottles in either plastic or glass, however, I would suggest using glass for cider, as it would probably hold the flavor better.
