FileForums suggests that this is possible, but very awkward, and difficult. It requires a serial-slave cable that can attach the Dreamcast to a P.C, DiscJuggler software the ability to remove unnecessary files, and the burning of the game onto a CD-R. This will be extremely slow unless one has a broadband adaptor.
