Technically you can add a rear wiper arm to a car but it will require heavy modification. In order to do so you would need to drill a hole where you would like the wiper arm to be and then install a wiper motor.

Basically what you will need to do is to create a whole in the body or door below the window with a weather tight seal around it. Then you need to mount a small wiper motor on the inside and brace it. Then it must be wired into a switch mounted somewhere on the dash.
