Yes but you will need to put the disk in a different (hard paper) case because you cannot send a DVD sized case via media mail. I don't know exactly why you can't I just know the Post office has size regulations. So if your looking to send everything including the case you will need to choose another package size.
Video games are considered Media Mail by the United States Postal Service. Most games, however, are cheaper to send via first class mail. If you do ship via media mail, be sure to write media mail on the package.
