Can the lender enter your home during foreclosure?

No one can enter your home without your permission except in a situation where the police have a warrant (or in an emergency like a fire or flood).

Most likely yes. There is almost always a clause somewhere in your mortgage agreement that gives them the legal right to inspect the property, inside and out, if it is in default. You can of course deny them access, unless they have a court order. The main purpose of them entering is to ensure the property is being cared for.
