Can stress cause nausea?

I am under a lot of stress and I always feel sick.

Stress can cause nausea, heart palpitations, headaches, etc. It depends on how your body reacts. I would suggest monitoring when you feel sick, what foods you ate, whether or not you were under stress and taking the info to the doctor. They may want to do an upper GI test.

Stomach problems are actually a very common effect from stress. At its most extreme, stress can cause ulcers, which require medication or even surgery. Stress is very bad for you, and you need to find a way to reduce your stress level.
