I think your dog can do that. Of course it depends on many conditions but the most important is: does she accept those puppies?

Your dog should have no problem nursing puppies that are not hers, provided she was recently pregnant and has enough milk for all the puppies. Actually, there are many examples of dogs nursing kittens, coyotes, and even baby tigers when their mothers have been killed or are unable to nurse them.
