Parvo disease is related to canines (dogs, foxes, etc) and can not be transferred to any humans. Diseases spread from animal to human is called zoonotic disease. Parvovirus infects certain tissues in canines and can begin to shut down vital organs. Once fatal, Parvo can now be treated and cured.

Parvo disease is a virus that attacks the lining of the digestive system of dogs. Puppies are more likely than adult dogs to get it. The parvovirus affects only dogs so you don't have to worry that your children will contract it.
