NEVER ever use prescription medication on a pet unless the medication is prescribed specifically for the animal by your veterinarian.

No is is absolutely not safe for you to give your daughter's prescription to your cat. It could poison your cat or cause a very serious illness. If your cat is having issues you will need to go see your vet. Do not give your cat any medicine intended for humans.

I would not advise you to use any prescription intended for a human on your cat. Call your veterinarian to make sure.

Medications designed for people should not be used on pets unless advised by a vet. To be safe, soak tea bags in warm water and using a soft cloth squeeze some of the tea onto the cats eyes and wipe gently. This is a tried and true method!
