Can I upgrade my AT&T cell and switch to a SIM from a prepaid?

Are you trying to get a better phone by buying a prepaid? It so, you can switch the sim card you have now with the prepaid one and it will work just fine. If your talking about putting using the sim from the prepaid with the phone your using now, then you will just have a prepaid phone.

yes you can. go to the AT&T gallery in your city. pay the upgradation cost and ask them to load your cell with the prepaid sim. check whether you can receive call or make call from your cell

No, you cannot upgrade your AT&T cell phone and switch to a SIM from a prepaid. This is because AT&T phones do not have SIM cards.

I have used a att sim card from a normal phone in a go phone. The card are the same but you may need to re-add contacts.
