This does not work. The only thing that truly works when trying to pass a drug screen is to not do drugs. Supposedly there is a drink you can buy (it is really expensive) and that may possibly work. It also depends on what types of drugs may be in your system.

No, and don't listen to people who say they can help you pass a drug test! It's a scam. Nowadays the tests are advanced enough to detect the smallest amount of drugs in your system. You should wait until the drug is out of your system completely before you take the test.
