You would need to check the admission requirements at the specific community college at which you would like to apply but most community colleges require only a high school diploma. Some also require a placement exam (not an entrance exam) in order to find out if you are immediately qualified for regular academic classes. The SAT is not required.

In order to be accepted at a community college, junior college or four-year university, you must have a high school diploma or the equivalent. This is the level of education that follows high school.

Yes. You can always get into community college with a high school diploma if you can afford school. You can usually get in with a GED and remedial courses, as well.
