No dog should be bred during a first heat. It is best to wait until the third heat, at least. There is a lot of good information from reputable breeders on the Internet. Check it out.

No. Your dog is still a puppy, it's best to wait until the dog matures. For females you should wait until the dog is three years old, males can be started at two years old. You'll get a healthier litter with better genes if you wait. Chances are she'll be a better mom too.

Your dog should not be bred until she's around 18 months old. They should be bred so that there first puppies are born around the age of two. This makes sure that the mother dog is fully grown and developed before you go and breed her to have babies of her own.

I have known breeders who have allowed their females to deliver as a result of thier first heat cycle without a problem. Personally I think the pup is sort of young for that but that is not from a breeder's point of view, just a personal opinion.

It is possible, but not generally recommended to breed any dog on their first heat. Let them mature a bit first and finish growing.

You technically can but it is very bad for the health of your dog because at the stage of her first heat, she is not mature enough yet. It is like a 12 year girl may be able to get pregnant but it is not healthy for her or her baby.
