If you are diabetic you have a harder time healing or avoiding infection. One of the most common problems is a yeast infection because your body's chemistry is out of balance. This can show up almost anywhere on your body that is warm and damp, and summer humidity and heat makes it worse. Check with your health professional for help.

Diabetes can be diagnosed more conclusively if there is presence of a rash. Diabetes can cause reddening of the skin and may even cause more sever rashes where the skin is raised in a bumpy area. The disease can be controlled with diet or insulin, however the rash can be treated with a topical corticosteroid cream.

A rash that causes the skin to darken or to create bumps can be caused by diabetes. The rash can be stopped with cream or proper diabetes treatments and diets.
