Can anybody participate in Playwrights Horizons or do you have to be invited?

I have some plays I'd like to have staged.

You definitely don't need to be invited. You only need your credit card! There are several membership options on their website so that you can wittle down to what you really want from Playwrights Horizons' productions every season. For the best membership and production access, purchase a "Patron Program" subscription.
