Yes, because this is the age of majority in most states except for a few that have designated 19 or 21. For a loan officer, age does not matter as long as they have the means to pay back the loan on time or will require a co-signer to approve.

Yes 18 years old is enough to have a car in his own name. But insurance is more expensive for 18 years old. That's how it is in our country but i believe that other countries have diferent rules about that.

Yes. I'm not sure if you even have to be 18. In Oregon you can have it your name. Should be the same in any state seeing how 18 is an legal adult.
