Yes, and many things can effect their behavior. From teething to ear infections. If he or she has become overly sensitive or seems more tempermental rule out these first. As they could eaisly cause a change in behavior and even sleeping patterns. You should also make sure he is getting enough sleep.

A child at that age will probably start to modify his behavior due to the fact that your child is learning more and more every day. However, a major change overnight is not normal and can be a sign of a problem. You should contact your pediatrician and have him check your child for any issues.

Not really. It takes time to change someones behavior even a child I believe. I have a toddler and I am still trying to figure him out.

A toddler can change behavior overnight but it may be temporary. Because they grow and develop so much sometimes change can be back and forth. Too it may only seem overnight but it may be the final change they were working up to. It is a time when lots of change is normal
