If she hasn't passed menopause yet, then it is possible for a woman to get pregnant at 60. Most women have already experienced menopause and a drop in estrogen levels and thus have stopped ovulating by this point in their lives. Therefore, while it is theoretically possible, getting pregnant at that age is very unlikely.
