Is there a Parkinson's-like disease they can get?

I think that maybe you are getting confused with the Human disease known as Wolffe-Parkinson White syndrom. Although, in answerto your question no wolves are not suseptible to this kind of disease. (not in the wild at least)

Animals do not have same diseases like humans, and there is not a wolf's Parkinson, so no, they can not get it.
