In a healthy person and competent masseuse? No. If the receiver has problems already and the masseuse is over enthusiastic, it could. You shouldn't feel pain afterward.

I think, Massage could damage internal organs only if massage is dome from inexperience physical therapist,otherwise massage has always been stimulating blood circulation,relieve joints & muscles pain , relaxing your body & soul from routine schedule.

No. In massage, the pressure used is not too intense and hard to damage the internal organs. On the contrary, such pressure may stimulate the glands.
