A lawyer can assist you with a bench warrant by appearing on your behalf and possibly preventing you from being arrested. You will have to pay a fee, however, so this will be a more expensive option. If the warrant isn't serious you could handle it yourself.

A lawyer can represent you in any legal matter. If you are confident representing yourself, a lawyer is not necessary, but if can afford it, you may choose to hire and retain council.

For sure lawyer can help with bench warrant. Lawyers are educated and qualified people. One should go with their advice depending how bad situation is. If one could deal with problem by their own then save money but never take chances.
