In most situations, a bench warrant is valid essentially forever; if you enter the state and authorities realize it, you will be arrested and brought to appear on the warrant.

A bench warrant stands until you appear. It doesn't expire. Leaving the state does nothing to negate a bench warrant. Any other state has the ability to see that there is a warrant and you can be arrested.

Warrants are forever. They may be buried under piles of the new warrants issued each and every day, but it will continue to exist until it is answered. Depending on the reason for the warrant, a order can be issued to pick you up. Take steps to resolve the matter.

You can be arrested in any state for as long as the bench warrant stands. You need to either appear in person or have a lawyer appear on your behalf to clear it. There is no set time limitation.
