The best days are the middle of the week. Weekdays are better because there are fewer people at the park and the ride lines are shorter.

If you are staying at a Disney Resort and can take advantage of the Extra Magic Hours, the mornings or evenings that these are offered are the best during which to visit. Schedules are available online or upon your arrival. Outside of these special hours, early or mid-week visits are usually best.

The best days to visit Magic Kingdom are any days that they do not have Extra Magic Hours. You should also avoid weekends.

Visit Disney's Magic Kingdom between Tuesday and Thursday. The middle of the week is best because people often vaction over a weekend and may add on a Monday or Friday.

Like anything else, during the week is far less crowded compared to the weekend. Best days are actually Tuesday and Wednesday, and the worst by far is Saturday and Sunday (long weekends on the Monday though are also especially bad, and if you can avoid, I would high recommend it).
