No form of men's clothing is to be worn by a woman. An exception would be if the modesty of the woman would be compromised by the activity.

No. they are not allowed to wear trousers, slacks or pants, because it may cause others to attract towards their dress code and make less concentration in praying and god especially men are attracted towards them. As church is a place where we are connected to God, they are not allowed to put trousers or pants in Church as well.
