Not really, but you will see some stores offering "gaming seats". This is usually just a chair that has plugs for the audio from the game to go into, and offers a headphone jack to plug into. Not necessary, but might be useful/fun for some.

No, video game devolopers don't take time into something like that, since most people would've bought a chair before getting their gaming system, but you can find third party seats that offer stereo speakers on the chair itself, but I think surround sound is a better choice in your room

Yes, there are such kind. They are primarily used for racing games for that the "driver" could experience the race as realistic as possible.
