Yes, there are plenty of schools. Don't get sucked into one of those scams, look up legitimate acting schools in your area. They could be community colleges or universities. There is a long course for this, but with anything lots of practice will make you better in the long run.

Most of the people who do commercials take acting classes. There are schools that teach the art of acting. You need to contact the Acting Department of any college.

Yes, there are. They are common in major cities such as New York or Las Angeles, but you can find acting school almost anywhere. There are classes out there that focus just on commercials, but if you can only find a general acting class, that will still help!

Most people that star in commercials are just local talents that are found by the director of the commercial. If there is a school it is not neccasarily needed.
