No there are no home remedies that actually work on sarcoptic mange in dogs. Ivermectin (used off label) is cost effective to treat mange but you need to work with your vet using that. Revolution if an extra mid month dose is given, and Advantage Multi can also work.

Sarcoptic mange is caused by an infection by mites. In order to solve the problem at home, you can use a lime-sulfur solution to bath your dog. It is also important to clean the areas that your dog frequents, although antibiotics might be the best way to go.

None I would try. Many homeopathic remedies are ineffective or dangerous for pets. Your vet is your best bet when it comes to treating any pet illness.

The best home remedy for mange is to raise your dog's immunity by giving them healthy natural food and adding supplements such as vitamins C, E, and fish oil. You should also be bathing your dog thouroughly and regularly to help rid them of the tiny mites.

No, the best thing you can do for your dog is brush and wash the regular. This will remove the scales that house the pests. The only other thing you can do is see your vet. The dog might need to be on antibiotic medication and salve. This is very contagious from dog to human.
