Amla powder, which is used in Ayurvedic medicine, has been known to reverse abnormal hair loss. The powder can be mixed with hot water and shampooed into the hair for a few minutes and then rinsed off. The powder can be found at any local health food store.

After some research, I found that amla oil is a great hair tonic and is considered the best home remedy for hair loss. Also amla juice and lime makes a shampoo to prevent hair loss. Coconut milk is also good when applied all over the head.

You can try a home remedy, but you're not going to magically grow all of your hair back. Follow a well balanced diet to prevent further hair loss.

There are no remedies at home or otherwise which reverse the effects of baldness. Baldness is considered a hereditary condition along with environmental influences which may speed up the process. There are hair thickeners which can be used but nothing can replace the actual hair as a remedy.

There are a few things you can do to help your hair loss. First start on Biotin. Next use tea tree oil on scalp 15 minutes before you shower.

There are no home remedies for baldness, and in fact there are no true remedies for baldness, other than reducing testosterone levels in the body.

You can try rubbing salt on your scalp for about 10-15 minutes. Follow it up with a shampoo. Do this for 5-6 weeks to see results.

One of them is massaging scalp daily with coconut, almond or castor oil. Another is mustard oil with henna, ground lime seeds with black pepper, and also paste of lemon seeds with black pepper. Rubbing onions to the scalp and applying honey after is another. Youghurt mixed with camphor oil, coriander and aloe vera leaves, fenugreek seeds may help.

While some home remedies for baldness do exist, they have yet to be proven effective. The common misconception about baldness is that it can be stopped, and it can't. Baldness is genetic.
