Question by  jazo (21)

Are RV campers a cost-effective way to travel?

Or would it be cheaper to stay at very cheap hotels?

They can be cheaper depending on the RV Camper and whether you are purchasing or renting. The duration of the travel is also of consideration.

This depends on where you are going, if you rent an RV or already own an RV, and the price of gas. Renting an RV in Alaska for a week was more expensive than staying at cheap hotels. However, taking a trip to a nearby lake in an RV you already own will most certainly be cheaper.
