Yes, i think Revere Ware it is good, but remember that in a professional kitchen the most important is the cooker, if you are a professional chef you can do it with anything.
I have owned Revere Ware pans in the past. I was very pleased with the quality and they seemed to be very durable. I remember that they were on the expensive side, but worth the cost.
Yeah they are pretty good but I'd rather that you use cephalon. Those are a lot better and worth every penny for how much they sell for. Their used by top chefs.
