Megabloks are good toys because you can build pretty much anything you can imagine. They are educational because they help with hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.

Megablocks are an educational toy, they are also fun. They require imagination to build with, motor skills to manipulate, and coordination to put together. From the many pre-school and elementary level classrooms I have observed, most have them in some form or another, and like what they provide for the children.

Megablocks are good toys if they are given to the appropriate age group. You would want to avoid giving this type of toy to a small child that will put it in their mouth. They're educational because they offer the child an opportunity to use their imagination.
