Are dried blueberries healthful?

I am trying to eat a healthier diet.

blueberries are great for your health, dried, fresh or canned. They contain tons of vitamins and minerals, antioxidants and free sugar. They're at least as good for you as raisins, and are just as convenient. Dried fruit is a great replacement for snacks like chips.

Blueberries are power fruit because they are so good for you. They are full of antioxidants. They are naturally sweet so they are even better for you. Almost any dried fruit is going to be good for you, unless the company adds a lot of sugar. Unfortunately a lot of people are really allergic to blueberries.

Dried blueberries are a healthy snack. Any type of fruits, dried or otherwise, are good for healthy eating and dieting, because there are no additives and their sugar is all natural.

Dried blueberries are pretty good for you, but they are not as good as fresh fruit that has more nutrients in it before it is manipulated by too many processes.
