Ah yes dried celery. Well my friend you have come to the right person. I'm a lover of the celery. I use it as a replacement for salt. It is great in tomato sauces, creamy dips, all types of polutry and in stuffing. I also use it to liven up deli sandwiches. My advice is just use it, it's great.

I use dried celery in floral arrangemets. It looks beautiful and most people are surprised when they see it. Surprising people is fun!

You can add it to soups and it will rehydrate. You can also add it to chicken or tuna salads (a moist salad), you can probably even add it to home made bread recipes.

It is used in cooking - just like fresh celery. You can use it in soups, stews or anything else that uses fresh celery.
