If there is a presence of baby sharks then I'm sure that there are adult sharks in the area as well that are dangerous.

Yes, sharks do not nurse as babies, they are born hunters just like their parents. Also, where there is babies, there will likely be adults.

Yes, but it depends on the type and size of the shark. If it's bigger than 2 feet then you should probably just avoid it altogether.
