The DMV offices are not opened on Saturday. You must test for your driver's license or renew it Monday - Friday. There are websites that list locations and hours.
To obtain a driving license, report to an office of the Georgia Department of Driver Services. Many DDS offices in larger Georgia cities and suburbs are open on Saturday mornings.
