oce all Computers are vonnected to the Hub / Router Click start -> Control Panel -> double click Network Setup Wizard -> Next -> Next(if the Hub / Router is not on Click ignore disconnected hardware -> Next -> Next -> Finish.

Home networking means that you have one pc in the internet and the others want to access it. You have to allow others to use your interenet connection.
