Different from what? You would be better off getting rid of your fall web worms than to just leave them alone, if that's what you mean.

Fall web worms do not do significant damage unless outbreaks occur, usually every 4-7 years. Withholding insecticides and using biological control is encouraged, if possible. Check trees for nests regularly.
