An easy way to get rid of web worms once they've appeared is to apply a thick mixture of soap and water to the bags. Unfortunately this may not kill all of the worms and they may come back. There is little you can do other than attempt to use insecticide as other remedies will kill the tree.

Few different technique's.One is remove the web worm's nest and spray the tree with a Insecticide.Most easy way is to get a water hose and Blast them hard every 2-3 day's.

First you can cut the branches that are infested with worms. second, spray the nests with a bacterial agent called bacillus thurigiensis, which kills the worms without any harm to humans, otehr insects, or the environment. lastly, open the nest so that the worms will be exposed and let the birds cleam up the mess for you.
