No, it usually will not. A boil is an infection that has caused raised and red skin around the infectious core. It usually must be lanced or drained. This can be done at home, but it is safer and more thorough when done by a medical professional. If the boil is spreading, it may also be MRSA. See a doctor.

I think it will but it will take a long time. If you want to heal it faster, it is best to get some help.
