Courthouse record managers don't have enough employees to conduct research for the public. You will have to hire a private courthouse record researcher to do that.

All public records are readily accessible to the public. I dont know if they entertain people over the phone. But you dont have to go there in person because you can also find them on the internet. Internet contains sites that assist US Public Records research to the county level.
