Will paper bills soon be obsolete?

I like paper bills but I think I am the only one.

No doubt. Technology and development is progressing faster and faster in every corner of our lives and it is only matter of time before all bills become electronical. Why? It's simple, electronic form is less "messy", more transparent and easier to work with.

I seriously doubt that paper bills in the United States will be obsolete any time soon. Americans are a culture that resists change! You might see one dollar bills phased out over time but the larger bills will likely remain.

No. Too many people enjoy the privacy cash purchases allow for paper currency to go away. If cash in one currency disappeared, people would trade in other currencies.
